Icon Construction & Remodeling Inc was founded in 2013 with a straightforward mission: deliver honest, high-quality construction work to homeowners in Chicago and the surrounding communities. Based at our West Loop office on North Carpenter Street, we've grown from a small remodeling crew into a full-service general contractor with licensed tradespeople, in-house project management, and a track record of over 110 completed projects across Chicago's diverse neighborhoods.

From the greystones of Logan Square to the bungalows of Beverly, every project we take on is treated as if it were our own home. We hold a 5.0 Google rating from more than 110 clients — a reflection of the transparency, craftsmanship, and communication we bring to every job.
